Digital Dog Tech ("we", "us") is owned and operated by iTeachAI LLC, West Palm Beach, FL. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Account data: Name, email, password (hashed), school/organization name.
Usage data: Features used, session duration, error logs. No personal content is tracked.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
Desktop version: All AI processing happens on YOUR computer. We never receive, see, or store any content you create, any documents you upload, or any conversations you have with the AI. Zero data leaves your machine.
Cloud version: Your prompts are processed on our secure servers to generate AI responses. We do NOT store your conversations after the session ends. We do NOT use your content to train AI models.
We comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We do not collect, store, or share student educational records. Blossom generates content FOR teachers — it does not access student data systems.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. College Buddy is designed for users 16 and older.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Servers are hosted in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time by contacting support@iteachai.co.
