1. Acceptance

By using Digital Dog Tech products (Open Rover, Blossom, College Buddy), you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Desktop: One-time purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable license for personal or professional use on one computer.

Cloud: Monthly subscription grants access to the cloud-hosted version. Cancel anytime — access ends at the end of your billing period.

Free Trial: 7-day full-featured trial. No credit card required. Automatically expires — we will never charge you without your explicit consent.

3. Acceptable Use

Use our products for lawful purposes only
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our systems
Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
Do not use AI-generated content to misrepresent authorship in academic settings (College Buddy is a study aid, not a ghostwriter)

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. AI can make mistakes.

5. Payment & Refunds

Desktop purchases are refundable within 30 days if the product does not work on your system. Cloud subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — no refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the content you create using our tools. We do not claim ownership of your lesson plans, study guides, code, or any other output.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Dog Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
