By accessing or using any product or service offered by Digital Dog Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to Blossom, College Buddy, and Open Rover (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Digital Dog Tech is a product line of iTeachAI LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at West Palm Beach, FL 33409. References to “Digital Dog Tech” in these Terms refer to iTeachAI LLC operating under that brand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Teacher accounts provide access to Blossom’s full feature set, including AI-assisted lesson planning, grading tools, and classroom management. Teachers must be at least 18 years of age and must be employed by or affiliated with an educational institution, or operating as an independent educator.
Student accounts provide access to age-appropriate features including Bubbles AI tutoring. Students under 13 years of age may only use the Services through a school-managed account with verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA. Students aged 13–17 may create accounts with parental or guardian consent. Students 18 and over may create accounts independently.
Parents and guardians may create accounts to monitor their child’s usage, review data collected, and manage consent. Parents have the right to review and delete their child’s information at any time.
Schools and districts may enter into institutional agreements that cover all students and staff. The institution assumes responsibility for obtaining necessary parental consents under COPPA and FERPA. School accounts include administrative dashboards, bulk user management, and data export capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@iteachai.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Notice, COPPA Privacy Notice, and FERPA Statement, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review those documents carefully.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use student data for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles based on student information.
You retain all ownership rights to User Content you create or upload. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for User Content you submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
You may not upload or create content that is: unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; infringing on intellectual property rights; containing malware or harmful code; or violating the privacy of others.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms. Where possible, we will notify the user before removal unless immediate action is necessary to protect the safety of users or comply with legal requirements.
Our Services incorporate artificial intelligence features powered by third-party models (including Claude by Anthropic) and locally hosted models (Ollama). Please review our AI Use Policy for complete details.
Important: AI-generated content is provided for educational assistance only. It may contain errors or inaccuracies. Teachers and administrators retain full control over all AI-generated content and are responsible for reviewing it before use with students.
We comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). When a school or district uses our Services, we act as a “school official” with a “legitimate educational interest” under FERPA. We access student education records only to provide the Services specified in the agreement with the school.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary technology, are owned by iTeachAI LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade dress without prior written consent.
The names “Digital Dog Tech,” “Blossom,” “College Buddy,” “Open Rover,” and “Bubbles” are trademarks of iTeachAI LLC.
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not affect current billing periods.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@iteachai.co or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records). For school accounts, we will provide data export in a standard format (CSV/JSON) upon request before deletion.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular educational purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, iTeachAI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iTeachAI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at info@iteachai.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, or at another mutually agreed location.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
